Abandoned Pit Bulls for adoption

I am desperately trying to find homes for 4 abandoned pit bulls. My daughterhas been feeding them for 3 months now. They were found on an empty lot where she was working and they have remained on that lot alone except when she goes there to feed them. The look on their faces are just pitiful when she leaves. There are 2 females one is a mama dog (grey and white) that has been bred and one female was her puppy that came into heat. I was fearful that the females were or could get pregnant and bring many more into a bad situation so I took them to get them spayed and some basic vetting. There was an angel at the vet who loves the breed and is also attempting to find homes for them. The vet tech was amazed that they were good with the other animals including cats. None of us want to take them back to the lot and they are still healing at the vets for a few more days. I am begging all of my friends, family and friends of friends to help us find homes, it is costly and they are alone on that lot. Please help and please share, I will be so grateful. Please open your heart these dogs are starved for attention and they are all wonderful dogs who have shown no aggression while being cared for. Please help and share wherever you are!
