AKC Registered Lab Puppy

He is a super sweet loving puppy, but when we got him for our daughters birthday we didn’t know he went against our apartment lease. We have 30 days to find him a good loving home or we’ll be evicted. He is 9 weeks old and is up to date all his shots and been dewormed we paid $1,300 for him asking at least $1,100 or close 

We have all his Vet (Shot & Dewormed) records and his AKC registered papers.
