Aussie cattle Dog male 10 months old

10 months old male Aussie cattle dog.  Has shots but not nuetered since running out of money.  He's a Texas heeler mixed with a blue heeler.  He's really more like an Aussie Shepard which is the Texas Heeler hybrid mix.  Can sit and lay down.  Not good with other pets because he pesters the cat with herding.  Okay with another dog of equality.  Likes to herd other dog as puppy playing.  Chases cars.  Keep on a leash. A companion.  Follows everywhere but now knows back.  Takes two weeks and gets it.  Funny personality.  Licks and hugs.  Very smart.  Trainable.
