Two six month old border collie pups for rehoming!
I took these two pups in temporarily because their breeder was not interested in holding them any longer, and was not going to be discriminate about where they went. They are the last two of a litter of ten pups, born May 25th of this year.
Dusty (the one with a white neck and ruff) is crate trained at night and eats in his crate with no issues or complaints. He shows zero food aggression and gets along very well with other dogs. He seems to be doing ok with house training, but it is obvious they had never been introduced to house training prior to coming here. Dusty does not walk well on a leash but is doing well with basic commands. He should not be trusted around chickens, as he has killed several here, but he has been fine around cats and goats.
Cody (the black and tan) is used to staying outside primarily, though he enjoys coming inside for am hour or so at a time to bond with his people. He does not yet do basic commands well, but has shown zero aggression toward any other animals including chickens. He also walks well on a leash. He is much lower energy than dusty, and would do well with older people or as a farm dog.
I did have to pay for these pups and would like only to get back what we paid to make sure they are going to a good home, which was $100 for the pair. I wish we could keep them, but this was never meant to be permanent and we would really love to see them settled in a forever home. They can go separately, but it would be very nice to see them go together.
Please reach out via text or call, as I am only rarely online. Thanks!
