CoCo the Chocolate Lab

CoCo the Chocolate Lab  at 8 months, is a great companion for any home. She is very good with kids & other animals of the house. She is very affectionate and loves to be in the company of others. She is house trained, potty trained, and likes to play. She is very obedient, smart, and looking for a good loving home. We really don’t want to give her away but our landlord has changed the tenant agreement and it doesn’t include dogs. We need to her gone by the 1st of December, so the $100is more of a rehome fee vs actually selling her. (Her mom & dad are both black labs)
