Necedah was born on June 10, 2020. She is 66.2% - 84% Samoyed and 16% - 33.8% American Eskimo. (According to Embark DNA testing / Wisdom Panel). She has the fur of an American Eskimo and weighs about 40lbs.
Necedah’s a country girl who lived on our farm her whole life. But I feel like she could live lavishly indoors! That would suit her better. 💅🏽
✅ She is friendly to everyone she meets
✅ She adores attention and belly rubs
✅ She plays nice with male and female dogs
✅ She is very alert and will make a great watchdog
✅ She’s easygoing around other dogs and can live alongside them
✅She’s very playful like a puppy
✅ She does an excellent job at catching critters if you have a pest problem!
✅ You rarely have to groom her. (Except when she sheds in the spring)
✅ Her fur is always pretty.
✅ She will always be happy to see you 🩷
‼️She will need to be vet-checked & fixed
‼️She could use some more leash training
‼️She isn’t good with small kids because she jumps when she’s excited. But if I stick my hand in her face to push her away, she will lay on her back submissively. I’ve noticed she’ll jump on me if other dogs are around, as a way to say “Notice me!” But when she’s alone she doesn’t jump.
‼️She’s a barker
‼️She LOVES to dig! Get her a sandbox to play in!
‼️ She hasn’t been exposed to cats or other small animals, so she might go after them.
‼️ She likes to get on top of surfaces taller than herself, (dressers/counters) so she can observe her surroundings. She feels safe to being up high. So get her a cat tree or something to perch on.
I’m trying to find a home for my girl because I’m looking to downsize my pack. Plus, some of my more dominant dogs will sometimes bully her, which I’m not a fan of. She has to compete for my attention and I want her to get all the love she deserves. I want her new family to spoil the heck out of her! If you’re interested please reach out to me, 507-514-8411
