Free Intact 3 yrs old Doberman

Male Doberman needs a new home. This isn't a dog for everyone. Only someone who knows the working/guard class breed. Has experience with dogs. And is willing to rescue. I've had him since a puppy. He's been raised with children. But ever since we moved almost a yr ago he has been behaving differently. He's got extremely high anxiety. Suckles his flank because of it. He barks at everyone who isn't from the household.  He used to be house trained. Now just urinates and poops anywhere. Even in his crate. We take him out on walks, never off leash. Never off leash! We have tried in our own yard to leave him off leash and he runs off and dodges us when we get close enough to leash him. Makes it a horribly long game of cat and mouse. He uses the bathroom outside but two hrs later can and will still use the bathroom indoors. I can't keep up anymore. Idk what else to do. I've done training classes. I can't afford them anymore. I have reached out to doberman forums and groups, tried many tips and advice. I don't want to surrender to shelter. He does bark and is very skiddish around strangers. Just with that they'll consider putting him down I'm sure. This dog has high anxiety. Idk if the move did this. We never let them breed. Was considering studding him out once upon a time but I no longer consider him a good candidate for a breeding program. And can't afford surgery. I still believe he deserves a shot. I really don't want him put down.
