Poppy/ Blue heeler and German Shepherd mix

Hello, my dog's name is Poppy. She is approximately 2 years old and thriving. She has a lot of energy. Very quirky needs a little bit of work for house manners but in all reality she's very obedient and knows drop it, leave it sit. Stay come. She's a mixed breed between a Blue heeler and a German Shepherd mix she is 45 lb I just can't express enough how much I love this dog and I hate to give her up but I feel that my current job and move to Chicago would be too much for her. She very much enjoys the simple life of being able to go for walks and enjoying needed attention on the couch. I've tried getting her acclimated to the city but I don't think the city life is for her. She is up to date on all her vaccinations unsure of how she is with children and other pets
