Rehoming due to life changes

This I Louie. He is a 9 year old pure bred standard Australian Shepard. He is very sweet and loving. Unfortunately due to my family size growing I am unable to give him the time and attention he deserves. He loves all people and dogs but sometimes scares dogs with his enthusiasm. He doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body. He knows basic tricks. He does need a fence, lead or underground fence. He is a runner but listens when he has a trying collar on. He is tall for his breed and around 50 lbs. He is good with all ages but he does jump on people when excited. He is fixed and up to date on shots. Has never been around cats or animals other than dogs. He is very beta and used to being bossed around by others
