Seeking to re-home my cat

My cat is a curious boy of just over a year old.  I think he would be better suited for a place where he can safely go outside,  he loves to play and watch squirrels. He would also hang around the feet of his new owner, check outside the window when he hears something.  He likes meow mix and I share my tuna with him sometimes.litterbox perfect as long as I've had him.  He likes belly rubs and being next to his owner sometimes.  The zoomies are wearing on me and and it's a little too much.  Would like someone who likes cats to adopt him. He is neutered and had his kitten shots.
