Sweet gentleman

Some heartless person dumped him. I am 73 years old and frail so I can't keep a young cat myself.  He has to live outside alone. An older gentleman feeds him but can't have him inside himself. Charlie loves attention and hangs out w the old guys but they don't play w him and when they go in in the evenings, he has no one to cuddle with nor play with. He sleeps in a small hidden trash can outside. I got him neutered and shots and send them food for him.  But you can see by his eyes he wants a home with someone to love and cuddle him.  He is layed back but loves to play, loves people and other animals tho the ferals want nothing to do w him. He even tried to play w the racoons.  There has to b some person who will adopt this beautiful boy to love. His eyes show such sadness and pleading.
