Married for years and still each other’s favorite adventure partner, they share a passion for camping under the stars, exploring Colorado’s wild beauty, and raising animals with care and purpose. Their cozy ranch is home to a joyful menagerie: Lucy, their loyal Anatolian Shepherd and devoted livestock guardian; a small herd of gentle cows; a flock of clucking, curious chickens; a few spirited Nigerian dwarf goats; and three independent-minded cats who rule the barn with quiet authority. Every animal on their homestead is more than just livestock—they’re family. Greg and Kathy believe in ethical, hands-on care, early socialization, and giving each creature the space to thrive. Whether it’s bottle-feeding a newborn goat or watching Lucy patrol the pasture at dusk, they find joy in the rhythm of ranch life and the bonds they build with their animals.
