I am a small business owner specializing in Business and Management Consulting. I have a 6 almost 7 year old autistic daughter. We have a wonderful 2 year old Boston Terrier named Winston. We adopted an 8-week old puppy from the Human Society in Late May. The foster family and shelter thought she was a Chihuahua mix (as she looked like one when she was that old) but as she's gotten to the 4 month age; her characteristics and features show she is a Mini Doxie Pin (Miniature Dachshund Pinscher) mix. She is a very loving and affectionate puppy, she is not house broken yet but is showing promising signs of learning to be potty trained and does well will being crated. Unfortunately, we are unable to keep her after investing so much time, money and energy on her; our daughter doesn't seem to take to her the same way she takes to Winston. We think two dogs is just to overwhelming and stimulating for her. We are just animal loves looking to rehome our second pet; not people that breed or sell dogs.
