We are looking for a loving new home for our 1-year-old female German Shepherd/Lab mix. She is a very sweet, friendly dog who is great with kids and has a playful, energetic personality.
She is house trained, but because we currently live in a second-story apartment without a yard, she sometimes has accidents if she can’t get outside quickly enough. She would thrive in a home with a yard and space to run and play.
She does have some separation anxiety and can be a little skittish, so she would do best with an owner who:
- Is home often or not away for long periods
- Can continue training and helping her feel comfortable when alone
- Has time to give her exercise and attention
She sleeps comfortably in her crate and relaxes in it, but she doesn’t do well being locked in for long periods of time.
We are rehoming her because with a 9-month-old baby and apartment living, we aren’t able to give her the environment and activity she deserves. Our priority is finding her a stable, loving home where she can thrive.
There is a $200 rehoming fee to ensure a serious and responsible home. The new owner will need to update her vaccinations.
