Chevy is a sweet, affectionate adult Dogo Argentino who loves being close to her people. She is the kind of dog who wants to be wherever her person is and be part of the family.

Chevy is house-trained, crate-trained, not destructive, and doesn't bark excessively. She knows basic commands and has experience with a structured daily routine. She previously went to work with me every day as my service dog, so she is accustomed to spending a lot of time with her person and being included in their daily life.

She loves attention and companionship and would do best with someone who wants a dog who will genuinely be part of their life rather than simply an outdoor dog.

She is a strong dog and walks best with a gentle-leader style harness/lead because otherwise she can pull. She would benefit from an adopter who is comfortable handling a powerful breed and who will continue giving her structure and positive training.
