Balou is a 1 yr old deer head Chihuahua. He needs to be rehomed. He is sweet and has a funny character. Smiles when you say his name and loves to snuggle and lay with you under the covers. He was born slightly blind and my son who is disabled doesn’t understand to let him smell him or that he doesn’t like sudden movements. So he does need a new home. He is use to other small dogs, and would be a wonderful single dog too. If you are looking for a companion then he is a good fit. I wish we could keep him due to how funny he is and his sweet character but my son really doesn’t understand his needs.
