Description
Posted 24 Oct 2026Nala is a Bengal and has her official TICA registration paperwork, chip information, and veterinary records.
Personality She is energetic and playful with a curious nature. She NEEDS attention, love, and plenty of frequent engagement. She loves to cuddle and be petted, but isn't a fan of being picked up. She loves to chase toys and climb our floor-to-ceiling cat tree. She NEEDS space to play and run, so an apartment may not be the best environment for her, unless you have a lot of cat wall shelves for her to climb.
She is good with other cats, but watch out because she will eat their food. She is fearful of dogs, but isn't aggressive. She is good with kids, but can be a bit skittish around young children.
Health Nala has an allergy to chicken, and requires food free of chicken and chicken byproduct. She is current on her vaccinations. Nala has a heart murmur, but that has not been an issue to date. Her fur sheds in low to moderate amounts.
Food For her main meals, Nala likes the following foods:
- Primal (frozen or freeze dried nuggets) - She likes the venison, rabbit, or beef and salmon formula nuggets.
- Smallbatchcat (frozen nuggets) - She likes the beefbatch nuggets.
- Purrsnickety (dry food) - She likes the salmon recipe.
For snacks, I usually give Nala Fussie Cat Premium Pouches - she can eat any that don't include chicken or chicken byproduct.
Additional Information Nala is an indoor cat, but she will go outside with us to play occasionally. She is a very loving and sweet cat. She is litter trained already. BUT she can be destructive though, like she often scratches the furniture and the walls tearing the paint. I can't stress this enough - if you're very particular about keeping your furniture and walls scratch-free, then this is not the cat for you. This is her only "flaw." Otherwise, Nala truly is the best pet anyone could have, and it breaks my heart to give her up after caring for her for nearly 3 years. But my family situation has changed, and I'm no longer able to keep up with her care.
