Powder, the blue Quaker Parrot, is sweet as can be. We’ve been calling him a he, but we don’t know for certain. He steps up, gives kisses, bobs his head, and loves to cuddle. He’s about a year and a half, he doesn’t talk but does mimic kisses. So far, we haven’t had any problems with him biting, he hisses sometimes but has yet to bite anyone. He does lick though? He’s good for nail trimmings and travel.
