Bella is a 6 year old border collie/mini Aussie. She is very sweet! Great with kids and dogs. We got her as a puppy in 2020.
She is a herding dog and VERY smart. So smart that it gets her in trouble. She has gotten through multiple gates, chewed through our chicken coop, and broke a trash cupboard.
We’ve tried puzzle feeders, puzzle treat balls and she figured them out in 30 minutes and is bored again. She loves to chew and does well with that.
She has some anxiety with fireworks, and we’ve tried several things that hadn’t helped much so may need something prescription based.
Bella is a barker and a jumper. She loves to bark at anything outside and will jump on anyone walking in the house. She’s house trained, kennel trained and knows sit and stay.
She needs a deshedding in the summer months.
We have medical kids and with all appointments can’t give her the time her high energy self needs and it’s not fair to her to be in a kennel because she misbehaves when she’s bored.
