I have never had her be around children, but she has never been agressive. I had an older cat a few years ago and they got along pretty well, didn't fight and played together sometimes. I think she prefers to be in a one cat home though. She loves a nap in the sun after a meal. She is pretty playful and loves to attack my hand. She's very good about using her litter box and only scratching on things that she's allowed to like her cat towers. Over the years she has become more of a lap cat and likes to snuggle more and more. She's spayed, up to date on her vaccines, still has all her claws, and has no current health problems. Not microchipped.
