Drake is a loving, playful, energetic young German Shorthaired Pointer with a very affectionate personality. He loves being close to people, enjoys attention and activity, and would do best with an active owner or family who understands the needs of a high-energy sporting breed. He is intelligent, curious, athletic, and still very much a puppy at heart. Drake has experience being around cats and has done well with them. He is being rehomed only because of circumstances, not because he is unwanted. Finding him a safe, loving, permanent home is extremely important to us, and we would prefer someone local who is comfortable keeping in touch and sharing occasional updates.
