Greetings! I have a sweet, intelligent, half American, Half European Doberman just turned 1 year old. His name is Prince Charming, Prince for short. He is a gentle giant but also has a keen sense for protection at the right moments. Not aggressive & has been well socialized since I brought him home from the breeder. We go to the dog park daily and he plays very well with other animals and humans alike. Perfect Doberman, in my opinion. However, I am entering into a landlord-tenant contract and unfortunately, no pets is a part of the agreement. He is such a good catch and I want to make sure he goes to a good home so there is a small rehoming fee. He is up-to-date on everything but not neutered. For information purposes only, his original purchase price from the breeder was $1,500. I am not asking for this amount, just disclosing this information.
