Meet Otis, a bright-eyed 13-week-old lab mix with a heart that somehow feels two sizes too big for his frame. Due to circumstances I didn’t expect, I’m unable to give him the life he deserves, and I’m hoping to find a family who can.Otis has had his first round of shots and is due for his second. He’s wonderfully vocal when he needs to go outside and has never had an accident indoors. He’s cuddly in that melt-into-your-arms way, loves to play, and carries himself with the earnest enthusiasm only a young pup can muster.
