Description
Posted 06 Mar 2026Luna loves to play fetch and is good at being pretty gentle to play tug of war. She also loves to run up and down the shore in shallow water at the lake/river. Luna loves her stuffies and often plays with the cat. Luna would thrive in a loving, affecionate home with more freedom. She needs patience when meeting adult men but she adores the men in our life. She immediately loves children and women. She enjoyed having a yard when we used to, but is doing fine in our apartment. Never destructive; Potty trained; Kennel trained; Knows sit, lay down, leave it, kennel up, go, and go poopoo/go potty, go get it(fetch); Very treats/food motivated; No food aggression; Nervous in car but doesn't get sick; Prefers chin pets rather than head pets at first; Barks at people and dogs who pass by the front door; Sometimes barks at other dogs when on a walk; Will react to other dogs barking at her while leashed (bark and sometimes growl in response); Will eat your food if left out; Will get into trash if open but again, not destructive and won't tip trash or anything - she's just opportunistic. Crate trained, potty trained, will pull at the leash until reminded not to and when she is excited/needs to go potty. Luna would thrive in a loving, affecionate home with more freedom. She needs patience when meeting adult men but she adores the men in our life. She immediately loves children and women. She enjoyed having a yard when we used to, but is doing fine in our apartment. Loves camping and hiking! Luna is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all medical care. She has been a member of Banfield Pet Hospital the whole time we've had her. No medical concerns or dietary needs. She seems to have an iron stomach. Luna is scared of big sounds like thunder, fireworks, gunshots, etc, as well as storms. She is scared of men at first.
