Nani was purchased from Petland as an unexpected gift, but she hasn’t been the right fit for my busy lifestyle. She’s very affection-driven and becomes anxiously attached to her person, so she needs someone who spends most of their time at home.Nani is sweet, loyal, and loving once she feels secure. She can be reactive to loud noises, unfamiliar people, new pets, and new environments, and she takes time to warm up. She’s also protective and has a bit of “little dog syndrome.”
Nani can be mischievous when left alone too long, so consistency, patience, and a calm home are best. She needs someone who understands small dog behavior and is ready to help her adjust at her own pace.
She will make a wonderful companion for the right person who wants a devoted, affectionate, stay-at-home buddy.
