I have a 2 year female Staffy name Oreo. I had her since the summer of last year. I was pet-sitting and the owner decided he didn’t want her and left her with me. I didn’t have a job at the time but I didn’t want to abandon her without a home so I kept her until I could find a home for her. I was donating plasma at the time so I was able to keep food for her.

In December she fell sick I searched for help from everywhere even tried to surrender her so she could get medical help. But nothing. I ended up coming across this program who paid for her vet visit shots and surgery. She had surgery because of a blockage but soon after she was back to herself.

I’m working now but part time. The hours I work is only 20 to 21 hours a week. I have bills to catch up on my kids etc so it’s harder to get and keep food for her. I buy the small bag that last a week then I have to feed her chicken rice etc. Basically our food she can eat without seasoning. Then after she’s spayed in March the program isn’t going to help with her medical expenses and she needs attention often for her skin allergy to get medication.

I need to rehome her because I don’t have the funds to give her what she needs. She needs someone who is financially stable for her medical bills food and training.

She needs training because she’s extremely clingy and stubborn. I think she has separation anxiety because if her favorite person leaves the room or if she can’t follow you into the bathroom she starts barking. Sometimes if everyone leaves the house she starts barking. She does pull the leash counter surf and a jumper.

But she’s also extremely loyal. She can be so cool and calm. She loves pets rubs and kisses. She gets along with people I have teen girls she adores. She gets along with her same breeds but my neighbor Harrier she doesn’t do too well with. Shes so sweet if you’re crying she will come and cheer you up. She’s protective also. She’s extremely intelligent and smart.

She has skin allergies she suppose to get spayed in March shes up-to-date on her shots. Her vet she loves dearly but it’s up to you if you want to switch.

Shes an amazing dog who needs a loving home and lots of attention.
