Ozzy is a wonderful dog. He weighs about 20 pounds.  We found him outside my son’s daycare. He is NOT neutered and he is NOT chipped. He is so sweet, great with kids and other dogs. But a bit scared/uncomfortable around cats. We are only rehoming Ozzy because my son is not gentle with him and the poor dog gets stuck in a room alone so we can protect him from our 2 year old boy. Also, we could not afford the shots and neutering, and he is NOT house trained.
