I am looking to rehome a sweet 9 year old pit mix. Max is a gentle, silly boy who enjoys pacing, chewing on his bones, and making sure the neighborhood birds know whose yard they're trespassing on. He is good with kids, crate-trained, never has accidents in the house, and will sit, lay down, and occasionally play dead with a "bang" command. He is approximately 50 lbs and has no health issues.Max is submissive with people - adults and kids. He is reactive and will bark at other dogs, so he would need a warm up period to adjust to living with other dogs. Not sure if he has ever been around cats. He would do best in a home with lots of space to run, pace, and lounge in the sun.

Although Max is well-loved in his short-term home, he needs more space to roam. He was left behind during a move and his current family cannot commit to three dogs long-term in their limited space.
