I bought him in August 2022 as a playmate for my Golden. He is a super high-energy dog who plays too rough with my old Golden. I’m 63 and not energetic enough myself to entertain him properly. He’s outdoors a lot and sleeps in the garage. He’s pretty shy around new people and won’t leave my side when I’m outside or in the garage with him. No worries about him running away. When he comes inside, he just wants to go back outside or in the garage to be with my Golden. He’s never gone to the bathroom indoors since puppyhood, but I don’t know for sure how truly housebroken he is. He’s a beautiful boy, but he’s just not been a good fit for us in our older age.
