Description
Posted 11 Mar 2026This sweet boy was found on the side of the road a week ago. He’s been seen by a vet, treated for worms, and is now on preventative flea, tick, heartworm, and deworming medication. He was scanned for a microchip (none found), and he will still need his vaccines, as the vet recommended waiting until he gains a bit more weight before starting them. He’s estimated to be about 5½ months old, weighs around 15 lbs, and is currently healthy, just working on gaining weight. I can provide vet paperwork showing the care he’s received. Our best guess is that he may be a Jack Russell mix, though we can’t be certain.
He is incredibly sweet and loves to snuggle in your lap. He’s very tolerant andd doesn’t mind being picked up, bathed, or having his nails trimmed. He’s not food aggressive and gets along well with my 3-year-old male dog and my 2-year-old toddler.
Like any puppy, he’ll need continued work on potty training, leash training, and basic manners (he does jump and chew). He’s eager to please and just needs consistency.
I’m looking for a committed, loving forever home. There is a $100 rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a serious adopter.
If you think you could give him the stable, loving home he deserves, please reach out.
