Zoey is a beautiful 4-year-old Shih Tzu looking for a calm, understanding home where she can truly thrive. Zoey is an incredibly affectionate little dog who absolutely loves nothing more than cuddling up with her favourite people. She’s happiest snuggled beside you on the sofa or curled up in bed at night, and she forms strong bonds with the people she trusts. She also enjoys soft toys (although they don’t usually last very long!), tasty treats, and showing off her tricks. She knows sit, paw, other paw, high five and “knuckles” – especially if a treat is involved! Zoey enjoys her dry food and likes a bit of variety every now and then, although she’s currently enjoying Wagg. Wet food doesn’t agree with her stomach, so she sticks to dry kibble.She has lived with children and has always been gentle and affectionate with them and their friends once she has had time to settle. Zoey is microchipped and has no known medical conditions. Zoey is looking for a patient, experienced owner who understands dogs and can offer her a calm, predictable environment where she can relax and feel secure.
