Milo is a green Quaker parrot I can no longer care for, so I'm looking for someone that can take him in.

• We were told he's male, but he's never been DNA-tested.
• We're not sure how old he is, since he's a rescue. As far as we know, we are his third home and have had him for 8 years.
• He bonds very well to one person, and doesn't do very well with men.
• He doesn't do very well with other birds, though maybe if they're introduced slowly, he could bond with them. I've never personally tried, though.
• He likes apples and grapes.
• He likes bathing in his water dish, but isn't very keen on mist.
• He likes playing with toys he can shake around or chew, like baby keys or newspaper.
• He can talk. He'll sing "La cucaracha, Ya no puede caminar," (just those two lines, not the whole song) or even sometimes say, "Come in," when you knock on the door. I didn't teach him anything, so whoever had him before must've taught him.
• He is high-maintenance and needs a lot of attention.

I just want to see him go to a better home.
