Ads & Accounts
- Each ad must have a unique title and photo — one ad per pet, service, or search.
- Pets must be listed in their current location and be currently available.
- No duplicate ads, multi-location posts, or cross-account listings.
Content
- Be honest and accurate; include clear pricing.
- Only supported topics are allowed. Write in English and avoid external links in titles.
- Comply with local laws and species protection regulations.
Images
- At least one clear photo required — avoid blurry images or screenshots.
- The first image (thumbnail) must not contain text, logos, or graphics, and must not show visible genitals.
- No stock photos, AI-generated images, stolen content, or photos of children.
Moderation
- Minor issues may result in rejection with guidance to fix and repost.
- Severe or repeated violations (e.g., multi-location ads, protected species, fundraising, multiple accounts, pets abroad, or stolen photos) can lead to account suspension.

Do I need an account?

Are there any fees?
No. Posting ads and responding to messages are both free.
Premium packages for extra visibility are available but completely optional.
How long does approval take?
Most ads are approved instantly. Some require manual review (usually within 10 hours).
You’ll receive an email notification once approved.
Can I add direct contact information to my ad?
Yes, but we don’t recommend it.
Making initial contact through our website helps protect your contact details and reduces scam risk.
What are the image rules?
Upload at least one clear, original photo.
The first image becomes your thumbnail and must not include text, logos, or graphics.
Use a horizontal photo when possible, and make sure it’s at least 400×400 px.
Can I edit my ad after posting?
Yes. You can edit your ad anytime from your Profile Page under “My Ads.”
After editing, your ad may briefly go back into review before being republished.
How long will my ad stay online?
Ads remain active for 6 months unless you mark them as Sold or On Hold earlier.
Expired ads are automatically removed.
How do I renew or bump up my ad?
You can Bump Up your ad from your Profile Page to move it back to the top of the listings.
If your ad has expired, you can repost it or use remaining bump-up credits from your package.
Can I post items or services, not pets?
Yes. You can list pet supplies, accessories, or services — just select the correct category under “Items & Services” when posting.
Why was my ad rejected?
Ads may be rejected if they break our posting guidelines (for example, text on images, duplicate ads, or incorrect categories).
You’ll receive an email explaining the reason and, in most cases, how to fix it.
Can I pause my ad instead of deleting it?
Yes. Set your ad status to ‘On Hold’ to temporarily hide it from public view.
